May Button Club is juicy. Have you ever received fruit in the mail? I remember the first time I saw pears delivered, each individually wrapped in shiny paper. Even shinier and more spectacular are the ceramic pears created by guest artist, Rae Dunn. Rae created original pear artwork for this month’s edition. Her beautiful line of wares can be found in stores and online at raedunn.com.
Library catalog cards hold a little bit of magic for me (though I felt differently when I was researching book reports in the 3rd grade), so I took inspiration from them to create a card with its very own ISBN. I really wanted to properly classify the work, but since I didn’t have time to get my degree in Library Sciences in between making buttons and cutting and folding envelopes, I just made it up.
